Exchanges or Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused merchandise in its original packaging and original condition.

To do so, simply have your order number ready and call us toll free at 888-267-1567 – within 30 days of the date on the invoice, and our customer service representatives will provide you with all the information you need. You must securely wrap the merchandise and follow the instructions on the back of your packing list.

Please include a copy of the invoice when you return merchandise to insure proper credit to your account, and we will process your refund promptly after the returned items are received. You will be refunded in the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
